The Medical Humanities and Bioethics Program is an official program of the Feinberg School of Medicine. The program teaches courses and seminars in each of the four years of the Medical School curriculum, with the purpose of enriching how students' understand and experience medical practice. In conjunction with the Graduate School, the program offers a Master of Arts degree in Medical Humanities and Bioethics. In addition to pedagogy, the program hosts various forums and performances, and publishes Atrium: The Report of the Northwestern Medical Humanities and Bioethics Program.
