Four-hour overview of the HRIS application required for access to the HRIS system. Please enroll for class HRS003 in Self Service. Access Authorization Forms must be submitted before the class and can be found on the HRIS web page and at the link below. A list of job duties specifying how HRIS will be used must also be attached to the form in order to receive access to HIPAA information.
