This course instructs hiring managers, data coordinators and authorizers how to create new staff positions, reuse or modify existing staff positions and manage applicants using the eRecruit system.

This course is required for access to eRecruit for posting staff positions. The HR Recruiter for your department is responsible for assigning which functions you may utilize.
