Why do my students seem bored? Every faculty member has struggled with this question at least once or twice over the years. In this interactive workshop, we will reframe that concern as an opportunity to enhance teaching and learning. Participants will
•    Explore what motivates students to learn (and what reduces their motivation)
•    Consider how motivation is linked to learning
•    Identify teaching methods and assessments to engage and motivate students
