You have been challenged to start walking toward better health by participating in WalkingWorks®—a program that can help you start moving toward better health and fitness!
Northwestern University will compete against Loyola and DePaul University in a ten-week program to see who can walk the most.
Participating is easy! During the program you will track your daily walking—either by counting steps with a pedometer or keeping track of the amount of time you spend walking—and record your steps or time each week in the WalkingWorks Online Tracking Tool.
