: What's better than dancing to a live band? Dancing to a live band made up of talented NU students! The Northwestern Community Jazz Program will be playing for us at our spring dance, and trust us, this group really knows how to get the room up and moving. They will be presenting a few sets of big bands, as well as sets of smaller groups, so whatever your preference, come and support these young jazz musicians. A portion of the proceeds at the door go to directly supporting the NUCJP. $5 w/ Wildcard, $7 otherwise

Music starts at 8pm and there will be a FREE beginner swing dance lesson at 7:15pm, so feel free to bring friends who don't (yet) know how to dance! The Swing Dance Syndicate is sponsored by a TGS Community Building Grant.
