DESCRIPTION:Northwestern University is aiming to be a leader in participation in the 2012 Bike Commuter Challenge. Whether you will be ON campus or not\, you can join the Northwestern team [http://reg.bikecommuterchallenge.org/users/new?team_id=327] & track your biking miles June 9 - 15.  Northwestern will host ‘pit stops’ on Wednesday\, June 13th\, in Chicago (7-9 am) and Evanston (3:30 – 5:30 pm).  Bicyclists will be able to purchase Kryptonite locks at cost from University Police\, and bike mechanics from Turin [http://www.ten27cycles.com/] will be on hand to offer a free safety check or lube and air.
