European Bioinformatics Institute (EBI) Roadshows provide hands-on bioinformatics training for scientists.
Using presentations and practical sessions, expert EBI trainers guide participants through web interfaces and
key functionalities of EBI databases and tools. The October 2012 Roadshow at Northwestern University will
focus on Small Molecules in Bioinformatics (ChEMBL, ChEBI), Protein Sequence Databases (UniProt),
Interactions and Pathways (IntAct, Reactome), Standards and Ontologies (GO/GoA) and the European
Nucleotide Archive (ENA).
