Are you interested in learning how you can connect with community organizations and gain experience with engaged scholarship? Attend an information session for the Graduate Engagement Opportunities (GEO) Community Practicum. Each session will last 30-45 minutes and will be held in the seminar room at the Center for Civic Engagement (1813 Hinman):

GEO Community Practicums are available at the Chicago History Museum, the Field Museum, the Newberry Library, Friends of the Bloomingdale Trail, City of Evanston Department of Health, LISC/Chicago and many others. We work with each student to find the placement that suits his or her individual needs.
The program is open to all PhD students, and through the support of The Graduate School students can use one quarter of their NU funding to participate in the program.
