Training Overview and Connection to NU Alcohol Knowledge & Skills Training Addressing barriers to intervention NU Responsible Action Protocol Alcohol, the Body and Behavior Facts vs. Myths about alcohol first aid Early intervention to prevent death due to alcohol overdose Scenario discussions to practice intervention skillsEach training workshop runs two hours and is provided at no charge to Northwestern students. Trainings will accommodate a minimum of 10 and a maximum of 30 students in order to promote dialogue and ensure a timely conclusion to training.
Scenario discussions are incorporated to allow students to practice their intervention skills. These can be tailored somewhat to meet the unique needs of your student group but will cover a range of likely scenarios.
