The Fall Internal Deadline for the British/Irish Scholarships has been set. You will need to get a personal statement (600 words), academic proposal (300 words) and at least 4 draft letters of reference (8 preferred) to the Office of Fellowships.
For those who earned pre-nomination status by virtue of garnering nomination for another national award, you need only ask recommenders to send a brief email update if appropriate and secure any additional recommendations (which may be a comparatively brief assessment via email at this stage).
Seniors and alumni may need fresh letters (email is fine) as any previous letters in office are likely to be too old and for projects too distinct from your proposed study in Britain or Ireland.
If you have not been in contact with the Office of Fellowships, please make an appointment to discuss which fellowships and which cycle (Spring, Fall, 2013, 2014?) makes sense for you.
