This seminar series takes place on the 1st Monday of every month. It is offered in an effort to provide support for all postdoctoral fellows and early career junior faculty at Northwestern who have protected time for investigation to focus on developing the key skills young scientists require in order to progress beyond just doing good research.
Presentation Title: For Clinician Scientists: Deciding on and Designing a Strategy to Achieve the Level of Research That Fits Your Career - Consultant, Collaborator, Co-Investigator, or PI?
Presenters: Rick McGee, PhD and William Lowe, MD
Presentation Description: At the end of this session, participants should be able to: 1) Articulate how their desired mix of research and clinical care can be accomplished at Northwestern. 2) Re-assess what they have learned from the First Mondays series into a revised ICDP.
