Learning ways to relax, unwind, and de-stress your body can help you feel better, study more efficiently and effectively, and be more healthy in mind, body, and spirit.
This module of the CAPS Stress Management Clinic teaches students a variety of useful relaxation techniques.
This four-part workshop will be held a number of times this quarter on Evanston Campus.
