This interactive session recognizes and honors the unique and indispensable perspectives and contributions of all staff members, and explores how issues of power and privilege can get in the way of productivity and appreciation in the workplace. Participants will explore ways to take action both individually and collectively to bring greater inclusion and equity into the culture of work.
