This includes discussions on guidelines on the facilities, equipment, procedures, and personnel that are needed in a fertility preservation program; the clinical, legal, and administrative requirements for setting up a community of professionals to rapidly care for the reproductive and endocrine needs of young patients, including guidance on how to develop and maintain relationships between fertility specialists and disease-focused clinicians; timing and turnaround needs; and practical considerations. Additional topics to aid providers in establishing a fertility preservation program include psychosocial and pediatric considerations and perspectives from oncologists and other disease specialists.

The training includes the following:

Overview of the Key Pieces in a Fertility Preservation Program
The Ins and Outs of Setting Up a Local Oncofertility Community
Timing, Turnaround, and Practical Considerations
