“Designing with Dissemination in Mind: Optimization of a mHealth Physical Activity Intervention for Breast Cancer Survivors”

This talk will detail the proposed design and methodology of a mHealth intervention to promote physical activity in breast cancer survivors that uses the Multiphase Optimization Strategy (MOST) to design with dissemination and implementation as a goal from the outset. Dr. Phillips is submitting this project for a career development award for the October 2014 cycle at the National Cancer Institute and the American Cancer Society. The format will be interactive and feedback on design and methodology will be encouraged.
