“A Community-Based Risk Score for Sudden Cardiac Death and a Distribution-Free Method for Generating Synthetic Data”
Brittany Bogle will present on the development and validation of a community-based risk prediction score for sudden cardiac death using the Framingham Heart Study and Atherosclerosis Risk in Communities (ARIC) cohorts. She will also discuss the development of a distribution-free method for generating synthetic data informed from existing datasets. This approach uses linear and integer programming models to produce a new dataset of a specified size that matches the mathematical moments of the original data.
