“Genetic determinants of eating behavior”
Understanding why we eat and the factors driving our food choices is important for addressing the many health conditions influenced by diet. A complex interplay of genetic and environmental factors influence eating behavior. In this presentation I focus on progress made in the human genetics field which motivates my work in progress pertaining to food addiction and taste preferences.
