Biotechnology Day is a 1-day festival focusing on emergent issues in the biotechnology space, and celebrating advances in biotechnology training and technology at Northwestern and the greater Chicago-land region. Further the event will highlight both the talent and technology pipelines developing across the University.
Currently there are several Northwestern units participating, including the Office of STEM Education partnerships, the Law School, the Driskell Graduate Program of the Feinberg School of Medicine, the MS Biotech Program & Biotech Training Program, both housed within the McCormick School of Engineering, the Research Cores, McCormick Office of Career Development, and the Graduate School. In addition, regional community and economic development organizations such as the iBIO Institute will also participate.
