Prof. Phillippo is an assistant professor in the School of Education at Loyola University, Chicago. Her research focuses on the influence of organziational and socio-cultural factors on education policy and the interaction between students and teachers. She has published articles on how teachers in high schools interact with students around issues of mental health and social support.
