The Lincoln String Quartet has been a staple of the Chicago music scene since its founding in 1997. Consisting of current or former members of the Chicago Symphony Orchestra, the quartet performs regularly at such Chicago venues as Symphony Center, the Art Institute, and Northwestern University as well as at many private homes throughout the metropolitan area. Also active as teachers and coaches, the quartet's members have performed chamber music in Asia and Europe as well as across the United States.
Pianist Winston Choi has appeared with orchestras throughout Canada and the United States. Known for his colorful approach to programming and insightful commentary from the stage, he has given recitals at such venues as Toronto's Glenn Gould Studio, the Kennedy Center in Washington, D.C., and New York's Carnegie-Weill Recital Hall.
