Learn how peripheral nerves work and about different types of peripheral nerve problems at the Northwestern Medicine Peripheral Nerve Symposium.

Register this free lecture series and question and answer sessions will feature leading experts from Northwestern University and the Mayo Clinic such as:

• Michel Kliot, MD, professor of Neurological Surgery and director of the Peripheral Nerve Center at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine

• Jonathan Finnoff, DO, medical director of Mayo Clinic Sports Medicine Center

• Robert, J. Spinner, MD, professor of Anatomy, professor of Neurosurgery and professor of Orthopedics at Mayo Clinic School of Medicine.

Experts from the Departments of Neurology, Plastic Surgery, and Radiology at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine, as well as from the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago, will also make presentations.

Topics presented will include evaluating, diagnosing, and treating both medically and surgically simple and complex peripheral nerve entrapment syndromes in addition to closed and open traumatic nerve injuries and peripheral nerve tumors and ganglion cysts.

This free event is open to clinicians, healthcare providers and patients. Attendees are encouraged to ask questions about general as well as specific peripheral nerve problems. There will be snacks provided at the lunch break.
