Facilitated by the Center for Faith and Community Health Transformation and the Alliance for Research in Chicagoland Communities, the network brings together interested faith and academic communities to discuss joint activities like networking, education/capacity building, and collaborative initiatives. The agenda for this meeting is to hear updates from the two sub-groups that have been meeting around caregiving and around developing measures for faith-based interventions. We will also consider a mission and vision statement for the Network and identify areas for future action.
To help determine what is already happening, where interest lies for future work and the kind of support and meeting format people would find helpful, we have created a brief survey. We would appreciate you completing the survey to help shape the network going forward. https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/S7HH8K3 Please pass this survey on to other colleagues that may be interested in this work.
