Robust RNA Expression Profiling from FFPE with Next Generation Sequencing and Nuclease Protection
BJ Kerns, SVP HTG Molecular Diagnostics
Based on the nuclease protection assay (NPA) technology, the EdgeSeq system featuring the miRNA Whole Transcriptome Assay (WTA) provides complete gene expression profiles with high sensitivity, specificity and reproducibility, even from small amounts of Plasma, Serum and FFPE samples. The miRNA WTA assay is based on miRbase v20 database and consists of ~2300 miRNA targets.
Researchers will gain knowledge on how to leverage the power of NGS to perform accurate and reliable RNA expression profiles on many sample types, including those that are Plasma, Serum and FFPE.
Refreshments will be served.
