You are invited to join us on April 14 for the second annual Northwestern Computational Research Day. This all-day symposium will showcase computational research at Northwestern and provide networking opportunities for faculty, graduate students, undergraduate students, and postdoctoral researchers.
Symposium Highlights:
• Guest speakers Geoffrey Rockwell, University of Alberta, Canada, and Rayid Ghani, University of Chicago and Edgeflip
• Lightning Talks featuring Northwestern computational, visualization and digital services from NUIT, University Library, and WCAS MMLC
• Poster Competition highlighting University student and postdoctoral research, sponsored by CIERA and the Chemistry of Life Processes Institute
• Data Visualization Challenge exhibiting University student and postdoctoral visual representations of data and relationships
• Researchers’ Reception at the CAMI 3D Wall Display in Silverman Hall
Northwestern Computational Research Day is hosted by NUIT, and sponsored in conjunction with the McCormick School of Engineering, Kellogg School of Management, Weinberg College of Arts and Sciences, Feinberg School of Medicine, CIERA (Center for Interdisciplinary Exploration and Research in Astrophysics), Chemistry of Life Processes Institute, Northwestern University Library, and the Office for Research.
