Description:

This lecture will present the social impact of the three Gorges dam ten years after the resettlement. It will focus on people from Chongqing municipality moved to Guangdong. It is based on intensive research in Guangdong and in the three Gorges Area.

Florence Padovani is an Associate Professor of Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne.
