Mita Goel, MD/MPH, assistant professor, Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine, will share tips to help providers and office staff optimize uptake and use of the patient portal. Drawing on her unique expertise in evaluating patient perspectives, Dr. Goel will provide insights into using patient-reported barriers and facilitators in a variety of health care settings to inform patient portal implementation.
