NMH nursing, occupational and physical therapy services in collaboration with Feinberg Department of Physical Therapy & Human Movement Sciences are hosting a falls prevention screening event for the community. Community members are invited to stop by for screening of blood pressure, medication, standing/walking balance and home safety and discussion of ways to prevent falls.
