Description:

Department of Microbiology-Immunology Seminar Series

"Vibrio cholerae causes the severe diarrheal disease cholera. Our laboratory studies how environmental conditions such as temperature and bacterial factors such as motility modulate the ability of V. cholerae to cause disease. A better understanding of cholera may lead to new interventions to prevent disease."
