Facilitated by the Center for Faith and Community Health Transformation and the Alliance for Research in Chicagoland Communities in Northwestern University's Center for Community Health, the network brings together interested faith and academic communities to discuss joint activities like networking, education/capacity building, and collaborative initiatives.
The agenda will include a presentation by a Fawn Cothran (Rush) on preliminary data from caregiver interviews, network direction discussion, and Network work groups (Caregiving, Measurement, Muslim faith community).
