ANUW presents Lunch Hour Lessons:
Reaching Your Personal and Professional Goals

Meeting goals requires not only motivation but also a concrete plan.
The great news is that dreams can come true if you work toward achieving them, one step at a time.
Following this seminar, participants will be better able to:
• Identify and prioritize their goals
• Examine any resistance they have to goal achievement
• Identify the steps necessary to achieve their goals
• Develop a plan to deal with obstacles and evaluate progress
Please bring your lunch! Light refreshments will be provided.
Based on feedback from last year’s events, we have changed the time from 60 minutes to 90 minutes to allow
for more discussion. Please feel free to leave after an hour if you cannot stay for the entire event.
