Description:

Tai Chi is both a physical and mental exercise, incorporating the Chinese concepts of yin and yang. Benefits from practicing Tai Chi include spiritual meditation, fitness, preventing stress, aging and related illnesses, lifetime activities and self-defense skills. Tai Chi practice today is a form of martial arts as a beautiful, choreographed "dancing".
