The Cancer Survivors' Celebration Walk & 5K brings cancer survivors, families and friends together with the physicians, scientists and health professionals who support them.

The 23rd annual community event will include a non-competitive walk or chip-timed 5K run along the lakefront, a picnic, t-shirts, music and entertainment, activities for the family, and an opportunity to share a message on the Dedication Wall.

More than 4,000 participants are expected to join together in Chicago's Grant Park to honor and celebrate survivors on National Cancer Survivors Day.
