The YourLife Wellness Program in collaboration with Northwestern Recreation, presents Wellness Wednesdays! A variety of physical, financial, & emotional wellness classes will be offered each Wednesday on both the Evanston and Chicago campuses.
Pilates is a series of exercises that stretch and strengthen muscles, while opening joints and releasing tension. This is a workout designed to improve strength, flexibility, posture, and coordination.
Accommodates all levels of fitness. Class size is limited; advance registration is encouraged. If you are unable to attend class, PLEASE unregister so class space is available for others.
