Learn the principles of the Alexander Technique to increase mindfulness in your everyday movements and strengthen your mind-body connection. The Alexander Technique is a method of postural awareness known for helping performing artists sustain their energy and physical presence onstage. By addressing and changing physical habits, it helps combat the everyday physical stresses caused by hunching over desks, computers, and smartphones. Note: Alexander Technique is instructed both verbally and through light, respectful hands-on guidance.
