Liz LeBreton, Health IT Specialist at the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, joins Healthy Hearts in the Heartland to give an overview of the CMS Quality Payment Program (QPP). Liz will describe QPP and what it means for small practices. She'll discuss who is eligible and how clinicians can participate in 2017. Last, Liz will share resources so webinar attendees know where to go for more information. Q&A follows the presentation.

The new QPP will gradually transform Medicare payments for more than 600,000 clinicians across the country, and is a major step in improving care across the entire health care system. The Medicaid EHR Incentive Program continues through program year 2021.

Target Audience: This webinar is designed for physicians and other healthcare professionals.

Expected Outcome: Participants will increase their knowledge of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services QPP
