“Taking Turns”: Graphic Medicine and the Oral History of a Chicago AIDS Unit
In this talk, MK Czerwiec will discuss the roots and creation of her recent book, Taking Turns: Stories from HIV/AIDS Care Unit 371. Along the way she will give an introduction to the field of Graphic Medicine, and describe how comics are being employed in health humanities and bioethics.
