YourLife has partnered with Northwestern Athletics to help prepare faculty and staff for the Run for Walk event. Join us 'AHavahla Haynes, Women's Cross Country Head Coach, of University Athletics leads this interactive clinic!

• Incorporate fartleks and extended efforts (3-5 min discussion)
• How to check your heart rate (3-5 min)
• Run/Walk (15-20 min)
• Strides (5-10 min)
• Do these things 2x per week (3-5 min discussion)

• Wear comfortable running shoes and workout clothing.
• Bring a water bottle and/or sweat towel.
