Please join us for the 4th Annual Chicagoland Vasculitis Foundation Golf Outing on Wednesday, August 30, 2017 at Twin Orchard Country Club.
Proceeds from this event will continue to fund fellowships so that treatment, education, awareness and research can be strengthened in our quest to find a cure for Vasculitis. Your participation will also assist in the development of the Chicagoland Vasculitis Center.
