Title: Kirigami!
Abstract: I will describe work on the puzzles of periodic order (like crystals) on intrinsically curved surfaces (bumps). I will then demonstrate a partial method to avoid pitfalls by using the method of kirigami, `cut paper’, to build curved materials that maintain a certain crystalline order.
