This session will cover the value of developing a memorandum of understanding (MOU) or other agreement for clarifying and recording expectations related to key aspects of new or established research partnerships. This type of tool can help to operationalize expectations and terms related to items including leadership roles, decision making processes, payments, data ownership, dissemination, etc. Template and sample documents will be shared.
