We recognize that leaving your chosen field could be quite the leap of faith. Our AIC events seek to alleviate those concerns by providing a deeper look into the work our Consultants do and to demonstrate how Advanced Degrees' intellectual curiosity and problem-solving skills are critical inputs to creating change for our clients starting from day one on the job. During the event, you'll participate in an interactive exercise that highlights the way our case teams think and work together. You'll also hear from current AD Consultants about their transition to Bain and to consulting, and you'll meet several members of our teams to get to know us better and have your questions answered.

Application: An on-time application is required for admittance into our AIC events. Candidates that apply to the program should expect an application decision by mid-May.

Eligibility: AIC is intended for candidates currently pursuing an advanced degree or that are currently in a postdoc or medical residency/internship program and planning to start full-time with Bain in North America in 2019. Candidates that apply must be available for the full duration of the event and priority will be given to candidates located within commuting distance of the hosting Bain office, as Bain will not be able to provide travel reimbursement to AIC participants. Each event will have similar content - applicants should select the event closest to their intended 2018 summer home base and should not feel obligated to attend AIC in an office they're prioritizing for full-time employment.
