Application & Interviews: An on-time application and two, successful standard case interviews are requirements for admittance into the ADvantage program. Candidates that apply to the program should expect an application decision by mid-May. Successful applicants will be invited to interview with us in late May/early June.

Eligibility & Full-Time Offers: ADvantage is intended for candidates currently pursuing an advanced degree or that are currently in a postdoc or medical residency/internship program and planning to start full-time with Bain in North America in 2019. Candidates that apply must be available for the full duration of the program week and priority will be given to candidates located within commuting distance of the hosting Bain office, as Bain will not be able to provide travel reimbursement to ADvantage interns. Interns that are successful during the program week will receive expedited final round interviews/offers for our 2019 Consultant roles.
