Description:

The Colloquium on Ethnicity and Diaspora (CED) presents a book launch for With Stones in Our Hands: Writings on Muslims, Racism, and Empire (2018) co-edited by Sohail Daulatzai and Junaid Rana.

This event features discussions by co-editors Dr. Sohail Daulatzai (University of California, Irvine), Dr. Junaid Rana (University of Illinois, Urbana–Champaign), and contributor Dr. Maryam Kashani (University of Illinois, Urbana–Champaign) -- facilitated by Theodore Foster (PhD Candidate, African American Studies, Northwestern).

 

 The event takes place on Wednesday, May 9th, 2018 at the John Evans Alumni Center at 5pm. Refreshments will be served.
