Hye graduated from Northwestern with a double major in Asian Studies and Political Science in 1994. Hye has spent most of her professional career in consulting starting at a 4 man firm in 1996. In 2000, Hye joined a “medium” sized firm specializing in working capital management and spent almost 9 years there. In 2009, Hye joined Weatherford International, a large oil and gas company as the Director of Business Process. She worked with the US Operations and was responsible for management and improvements in order to cash, inventory and asset management and accounts payable. In 2010, Hye also took on the responsibility of the global Order to Cash initiative, a multiyear project in 10 countries across North America, South America, Mexico, Middle East, North Africa and Russia. In 2011, Hye joined EY (Ernst & Young) in Houston and moved back to Chicago in 2013. Hye was made a partner in 2015 and works with global international companies across sectors as well as with private equity firms working with their portfolio of companies.
