Please join us as we welcome Sarah Kliff, leading health policy journalist and Senior Correspondent for Vox, to Northwestern for a discussion about the future of health policy in the United States. The discussion will focus on the rising costs of health care in the U.S. and the steps that can be taken to mitigate these trends. The event is being hosted by the Northwestern Political Union, with co-sponsorship from the Medill School of Journalism, the Center for Applied Microeconomics, and the Institute for Policy Research (IPR).
The event will take place in Harris Hall 107 at 7:00pm and is being moderated by Professor Abigail Foerstner, who co-directs the Medill School of Journalism's Health, Environment, and Science specialization. There will also be an opportunity for audience members to pose questions following the discussion.
