At ClearView, consultants will encounter an entrepreneurial environment, interact with a dynamic group of colleagues, hone their strategic and analytical capabilities, present to clients in critical business situations, and develop an in-depth understanding of the biopharmaceutical space. Consultants are mentored directly by the ClearView leadership, who collectively have a total of 160+ years of client advisory experience. In addition, consultants are exposed to a wide variety of business issues ranging from new product planning and business development to product commercialization. During the course of a typical project, consultants will:
· Solve complex problems through a hypothesis-based approach
· Conduct interviews with relevant stakeholders and perform secondary research to drive critical insights
· Create and utilize analytic tools (e.g., forecast models) to support key decision-making
· Communicate recommendations to clients to inform strategy and maximize value

Qualifications:
We are seeking motivated PhD students in the life sciences, MD students, MBA students, and post-doctoral scholars who plan to complete their programs/fellowships in the next year. A successful entry-level consultant candidate will meet the following requirements:
Undergraduate and/or Master's degree in the life sciences
PhD or post-doc in the life sciences, MD, or MBA
Demonstrated interest in business
Strong written and oral communication skills
Enthusiasm for working collaboratively in a dynamic, team-based environment
Demonstrated leadership abilities
Highly analytical approach to solving complex problems
