Join CIERA and Visceral Change for the second installment of a four-part equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) interactive workshop series. This workshop will cover topics relating to mentorship and will take place on June 3 from 12:30pm - 2:30pm. Lunch will be available to participants in the Cafe at 12pm. This series is made possible with the support of an LSST-DA Inclusive Collaboration Grant. The first and third workshops will be hybrid and open to the LSST community. 

This second interactive workshop will focus on the importance of mentorship for supervisors, employees, and lifelong learners. Using a multicultural lens, this session will explore the ways in which cultural and social identities impact how people connect with one another while providing helpful tips to create space to celebrate our diversity; when done correctly, this will lead to a collectivist approach to growth and development.
