Stress Management 101 provides opportunities to identify physical and emotional symptoms that let you know when you are under stress, instruction in identifying the types of situations that create stress for you, and training in skills and techniques that will help you manage the stress in your life more effectively.
CAPS Stress Management 101 meets once a week for four weeks. Each session is one hour. The workshop is designed to serve as a resource for students who are experiencing problems such as concentration difficulties, procrastination, feelings of anxiety (including test anxiety), or other forms of distress which arise in connection with personal or academic stressors.
This four-part workshop will be held a number of different times on the Chicago and Evanston Campuses.
