More Info

Biofeedback is an empirically supported method of treating anxiety, stress, chronic pain, and other conditions. Biofeedback is the use of electronic devices to monitor and amplify nervous system activity. Such nervous system activity is directly reflective of how calm or stressed we might be feeling. Being able to "see" certain aspects of our nervous system functioning in real time allows the user to control physical, emotional, and mental activity for the betterment of health.

Biofeedback Group is a workshop, which will be offered numerous times during this academic year. The workshop has multiple sessions that all cover the same material, but students are welcome to sign up for more than one session. Due to space and equipment limitations, advance registration is required (web form below).
